Then, we were really lucky because the Ark Royal was leaving Portsmouth too. It had got a bit overcast by then so I turned the shot mono but I was chuffed with this one.
Anyway we drove inland again and the weather brightened right up for a glorious Indian Summers day.

Di, these photos are fabulous. I especially love the Spinnaker Tower ones as we were there ourselves last year. That sky is so blue too! Did you polarize?

No Rosie, I didn't polarize, it's pretty much how it came out of the camera, just used a little USM and tweaked the levels.
